Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. To qualify for a return, you must contact us within 1–3 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- Accompanied by your order details
- Reported to us within the specified 1–3 day window
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the item has been picked up and inspected, a refund will be issued in cash at the time of pickup or as otherwise agreed upon during the return process.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. Photos of the item are encouraged to speed up the process.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.
